Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile monthly bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
- Prepare and post journal entries for weekend closing activities.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical filing systems.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience with accounting software (QuickBooks Online is preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to detect errors and discrepancies.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends.
