Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with monthly reconciliation of bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Prepare financial statements and reports under supervision
- Manage vendor invoices and expense documentation
- Support tax preparation processes and documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis
- Maintain organized financial records in compliance with GAAP
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Albuquerque residency preferred
