Responsibilities
- Perform weekly bank reconciliations and credit card reviews to ensure accuracy.
- Process and manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) cycles.
- Prepare and post daily journal entries and reconcile intercompany accounts.
- Assist with the month-end close process and generate financial reports.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records in our accounting software.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage Intacct.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts.
