Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions for the weekend period.
- Process payroll accurately and on time for the upcoming week.
- Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and audits.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero software.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
