Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile monthly bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for review.
- Perform periodic audits of financial records to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve billing discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Ability to work effectively during the weekend shift schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
