Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements for multiple clients.
- Process and post accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately.
- Review and reconcile monthly financial reports and bank feeds.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and fixed asset schedules.
- Perform month-end close procedures as required.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, with a preference for weekend availability.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage Intacct.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and high-level organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation (if required for client visits).
