Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts weekly
- Prepare month-end financial reports and supporting documentation
- Manage payroll processing for weekend staff
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Assist with sales tax filings and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with weekday team during transition periods
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field required
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance preferred
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8am-5pm) mandatory
