Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable with weekend-specific transaction cycles
- Process payroll and vendor payments according to weekend schedules
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Maintain digital and physical financial records with weekend audit protocols
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless financial handovers
- Implement weekend-specific inventory tracking for financial assets
- Support month-end closing processes during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-5PM)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP principles
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
