Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with weekend transaction processing
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts weekly
- Prepare financial reports including balance sheets and income statements
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries using QuickBooks Online
- Process payroll for weekend staff and contractors
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Respond to urgent financial inquiries during weekend hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-4pm)
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- QuickBooks Online certification preferred
