Responsibilities
- Execute weekend accounts payable/receivable processing and bank reconciliations
- Manage weekend payroll processing and tax filings
- Prepare weekend financial statements and management reports
- Handle weekend vendor invoice verification and payment processing
- Maintain weekend transaction records in QuickBooks Online
- Assist with weekend month-end closing procedures
- Provide weekend financial data analysis for leadership team
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance requirements
- Weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays, 8 AM - 5 PM)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-currency transactions preferred
