Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements with precision
- Manage weekend payroll processing for multiple client portfolios
- Maintain accurate QuickBooks data and generate monthly financial reports
- Support month-end closing procedures and audit preparations
- Implement inventory tracking systems for client asset portfolios
- Collaborate with weekday team during handover periods
- Ensure compliance with Florida state tax regulations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or FreshBooks)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Florida-based accounting certification preferred
