Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile weekend transactions across multiple client accounts
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with weekend deadline adherence
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure data integrity
- Assist with quarterly tax documentation preparation
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for weekend operations
- Support month-end closing procedures on Saturdays
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to meet weekend shift deadlines
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation desirable
