Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping duties including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts on a weekly basis.
- Manage and process payroll for the weekend workforce with 100% accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, journals, and ledgers for monthly review.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and quarterly filings.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding invoices, discrepancies, and account balances.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) is essential.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and tax compliance regulations.
- Must be available to work exclusively on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
