Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for weekend transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and process payroll for weekend operations
- Generate monthly financial reports and analyze expense trends
- Manage accounts receivable/payable and invoice processing
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and reporting
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Communicate financial insights to senior accountants
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) essential
