Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements

- Utilize QuickBooks for data entry and analysis
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-5pm)
