Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, coding, and authorization according to company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
- Manage the accounts payable aging report and communicate with vendors regarding past-due accounts.
- Prepare and distribute check runs or process electronic payments via wire transfer or ACH.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures and financial reporting support.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all AP documentation.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting.
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines and manage a high volume of transactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for vendor interactions.
- Must be available to work a weekend shift (Saturday & Sunday) as required by business needs.
