Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume vendor invoices with 100% accuracy.
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including data entry, coding, and approvals.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for management review.
- Handle incoming vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
