Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile monthly financial statements and bank accounts with precision.
- Prepare and analyze general ledger entries and perform variance analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and compliance reports.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Conduct internal audits and financial risk assessments to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize budgeting and forecasting procedures.
- Maintain accurate digital records and ensure data integrity across all financial systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in general accounting, with specific preference for weekend shift experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) and MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
