Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for weekend operations
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable processing
- Conduct weekend bank reconciliations and transaction reviews
- Assist with weekend payroll processing and tax filings
- Support weekend month-end closing procedures
- Generate weekend financial reports for management review
- Maintain weekend compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with financial audits and compliance
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
