Responsibilities
- Process high-volume cash transactions with 99.9% accuracy while maintaining strict compliance protocols
- Build deep client relationships through personalized financial consultations and product recommendations
- Lead branch operations during peak hours, including ATM maintenance and vault reconciliation
- Mentor junior tellers on customer service excellence and security procedures
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products and services
- Resolve complex client inquiries with empathy and problem-solving expertise
- Contribute to branch performance goals through targeted sales initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume cash handling experience in financial services
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a retail banking environment
- Advanced knowledge of banking regulations (Regulation CC, BSA, AML)
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills for high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in core banking systems (e.g., Fiserv, FIS, Jack Henry)
- Associate's degree in Finance/Business or equivalent certification required
- Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred for diverse clientele
