Responsibilities
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable processing and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze weekend financial statements and variance reports
- Assist with month-end closing activities during weekend shifts
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend financial audits
- Maintain accurate weekend transaction records in ERP systems
- Support weekend tax preparation and documentation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of weekend shift accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Weekend availability (Sat-Sun, 8am-5pm)
- Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
