Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger entries for the weekend period.
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
- Prepare weekly financial reports and variance analysis for management review.
- Assist in the month-end close procedures and audit preparations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Support the accounting team with special projects and data analysis as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis (Weekend shift experience preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with financial modeling.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
