Responsibilities
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures during the weekend cycle.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements with precision.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and tax schedules.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 2+ years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Must be available to work weekends consistently.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
