Responsibilities
- Execute weekend month-end closing procedures, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with weekend transaction processing
- Prepare financial statements and variance analyses for executive review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend financial reporting initiatives
- Implement process improvements for weekend accounting workflows
- Conduct weekend audits and internal control assessments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Proven weekend shift availability and adaptability
