Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable processing and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements during weekend operations
- Assist with quarterly audits and tax preparation documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Provide weekend financial reporting support to executive leadership
- Collaborate with weekday accounting team for seamless workflow
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- CPA certification or actively pursuing preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
