Responsibilities
- Manage weekend financial operations including accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Conduct weekend reconciliations for bank accounts and general ledger
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Collaborate with team members during weekend handovers
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for data management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience
