Responsibilities
- Manage monthly financial reporting and reconciliation for high-net-worth clients
- Prepare and analyze complex tax documents ensuring compliance with Florida regulations
- Lead weekend closing processes for multi-entity portfolios
- Implement digital accounting solutions using QuickBooks Online and Xero
- Collaborate with offshore teams during weekend handover periods
- Conduct forensic accounting reviews for M&A transactions
- Maintain SEC compliance documentation for public clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday 8am-5pm EST)
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Remote work setup with high-speed internet
- Spanish language proficiency (Miami market requirement)
