Responsibilities
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures for the weekend cycle.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger entries.
- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices with high accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and variance reports.
- Assist with internal audits and compliance documentation.
- Manage payroll processing for weekend staff members.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Sage).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting to the Finance Director.
