Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for weekend client portfolio
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions
- Process payroll and expense reports for weekend operations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Manage accounts receivable/payable for weekend shifts
- Conduct internal audits for weekend financial activities
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-4PM)
- Professional certification (CPA/CMA) preferred
