Responsibilities
- Execute daily bank reconciliations and general ledger adjustments with high accuracy.
- Assist in the monthly and quarterly closing processes specifically for the weekend cycle.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely and correct postings.
- Validate vendor invoices and expense reports for compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve discrepancies and improve accounting workflows.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic financial analysis principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
