Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-month closing procedures and reconcile accounts
- Process payroll and manage expense reports
- Prepare financial statements and variance analyses
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Manage accounts receivable/payable cycles
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with weekday finance team on handoffs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8am-5pm)
