Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures during weekend shifts
- Reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements
- Process payroll and vendor payments on weekends
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
- Collaborate with weekday accounting team
- Monitor cash flow and financial metrics
- Prepare weekend financial reports for management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- QuickBooks proficiency required
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Experience with month-end closings
- Excellent communication abilities
