Responsibilities
- Execute weekend accounts payable/receivable processing
- Perform month-end closing procedures on Saturdays
- Prepare weekend financial reports and reconciliations
- Manage weekend bank deposits and cash flow tracking
- Assist with weekend payroll processing and tax filings
- Update financial records in QuickBooks and Excel
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless handoffs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
