Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Process and verify invoices for accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly financial reports and variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for both digital and physical documents.
- Assist with month-end close procedures on Saturday mornings.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor’s preferred).
- 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic knowledge of Excel and financial reporting tools.
