Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll and reconcile accounts with precision
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable cycles
- Prepare month-end closing reports and variance analyses
- Support tax documentation and compliance audits
- Maintain digital ledger systems with zero tolerance for errors
- Collaborate with weekday finance team on cross-functional projects
- Implement weekend-specific financial controls and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in multi-state tax compliance
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM-4 PM)
