Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies within SLAs
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and maintain organized financial documentation
- Analyze payment trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Implement process improvements using NetSuite and Concur platforms
- Ensure compliance with SOX 404 requirements and internal audit protocols
- Mentor junior AP staff and optimize department workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 4+ years AP experience
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, Excel, and accounting software
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Demonstrated experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transaction processing
- Strong communication skills for vendor negotiations
- Experience with month-end closing and financial reporting
