Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile financial records with 100% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Process payroll and accounts payable/receivable on weekends
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews
- Assist with quarterly tax preparations and filings
- Maintain updated financial databases in QuickBooks and SAP
- Collaborate with senior accountants on weekend financial close processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance skills
- Proven ability to meet tight weekend deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Weekend availability required (Sat-Sun 8am-5pm)
