Responsibilities
- Execute weekend financial transactions and reconcile accounts
- Prepare weekly financial statements and management reports
- Process payroll and vendor payments on Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Conduct month-end closing activities during weekend hours
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
