Responsibilities
- Process weekend accounts payable/receivable transactions with 100% accuracy
- Prepare and distribute weekly financial reports to department heads
- Reconcile bank statements and subsidiary accounts bi-weekly
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and documentation
- Implement internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies
- Collaborate with weekday accounting team for operational continuity
- Maintain digital filing systems for weekend transactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- CPA certification or actively pursuing preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with weekend or shift-based accounting a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
