Responsibilities
- Execute monthly and weekly financial closing procedures with precision and timeliness.
- Perform detailed bank reconciliations and general ledger account reviews.
- Process and verify high-volume accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Assist external auditors during year-end and interim audits.
- Generate accurate financial reports and variance analyses for management review.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for fiscal documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
