Responsibilities
- Execute month-end and year-end close procedures with precision and accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to assist management in decision-making.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality or gaming industry.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA candidate is a significant plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
- Mandatory Requirement: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
