Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely disbursements.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns (1099s, W-2s).
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to management.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of accounting experience (Part-time or Full-time).
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
