Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Assist with general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and month-end closing processes
- Support accounts payable/receivable operations and ensure timely processing of transactions
- Contribute to internal audits and compliance documentation for regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with senior accountants to develop financial models and forecasting reports
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced formula knowledge and data visualization skills
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems
