Responsibilities
- Manage and process daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Perform comprehensive bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports for weekend review.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and payroll adjustments.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all financial records comply with GAAP standards.
- Collaborate with the week-day finance team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general ledger accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and error detection.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
