Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and verify general ledger accuracy.
- Process and approve weekly payroll for weekend staff and contractors.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Review and code incoming invoices to ensure proper classification.
- Conduct internal audits of financial records to ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts on a weekly basis.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
