Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
- Process payroll for the weekend workforce with high accuracy.
- Prepare and review financial reports for the upcoming week.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Conduct internal audits and variance analysis.
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
