Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly financial reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions for weekend operations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and balance sheets.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and financial audits.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure all weekend staff are compensated accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all financial transactions and documentation.
- Collaborate with the finance team to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is a plus).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or finance environment.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite) and MS Excel (Advanced).
- Proven ability to work accurately under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
