Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare accurate financial statements.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Process and reconcile payroll, ensuring all tax filings are accurate and timely.
- Manage credit card statements and expense reports for multiple entities.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online to track financial data and generate reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors regarding financial inquiries.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage Intacct.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and macros).
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Must be available for immediate start.
