Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger account analysis.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Prepare and review weekly and monthly financial statements.
- Assist with payroll processing for weekend staff.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and federal regulations.
- Maintain organized and accurate filing systems for financial documents.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience, preferably in a weekend shift capacity.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation is a plus.
