Responsibilities
- Manage daily, monthly, and annual accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, variance reports, and budget forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal and regulatory requirements.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and external audits.
- Streamline accounting processes and implement best practices for financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve cash flow management and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with NetSuite or SAP is a plus.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
